Terms and Conditions

Take a moment to read these terms before you use XJob. They explain how we work together — and the rights and responsibilities on both sides.

Acceptance of terms

1.1By accessing, browsing, registering for, downloading, posting on, purchasing through, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies or documents referenced in them.

1.2If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1.3These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation: candidates and job seekers; recruiting staff; employers and corporate customers; experts, interviewers, trainers, and mentors; administrators and account managers; and visitors or guest users.

1.4Your use of certain features, services, or paid plans may be subject to additional terms, order forms, service schedules, policies, guidelines, or notices issued by XJob from time to time. If there is a conflict, the more specific document controls to the extent of the conflict.

Definitions

2.1"Account" means the registered user account created to access or use the Platform.

2.2"Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and binding requirements governing any party's use of the Platform, including without limitation privacy, employment, consumer protection, anti-discrimination, e-commerce, sanctions, and intellectual property laws.

2.3"Commercial Customer" means any company, hiring organization, HR team, recruiting manager, or other business entity using the Platform for hiring, interviews, candidate search or evaluation, workforce support, or related commercial purposes.

2.4"Candidate" means any job seeker, applicant, trainee, learner, or individual using the Platform to create a profile, apply to opportunities, participate in interviews, or receive training, mentoring, or professional services.

2.5"Content" means text, data, graphics, logos, interfaces, code, software, databases, audio and video recordings, designs, documents, forms, reports, transcripts, analytics, and any other materials made available through the Platform.

2.6"Expert" means any independent interviewer, trainer, assessor, consultant, mentor, or other service provider who offers services through the Platform.

2.7"Platform" means the XJob website, mobile application(s), software, dashboards, APIs, databases, communication tools, search tools, interview tools, AI-enabled tools, Content, and related services.

2.8"Services" means any feature, subscription, professional service, marketplace transaction, interview session, training module, or other offering made available through the Platform.

2.9"User Content" means any information, profile data, résumé, job posting, interview response, transcript, comment, rating, review, document, audio or video recording, image, assessment output, message, or other material uploaded, entered, submitted, posted, or made available by a user or on a user's behalf.

Nature of the platform

3.1XJob is a technology platform that may enable, among other things: creating and managing candidate profiles; publishing jobs and managing applications; searching and filtering candidates; interview practice and mock interview tools; marketplace services for experts, interviewers, and trainers; matching, recommendations, summaries, classifications, analytics, and workflow support using AI; scheduling, messaging, and collaboration tools; and tracking hiring workflows and related reporting.

3.2Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, XJob is not: an employer of candidates; a staffing agency that guarantees hiring; a guarantor of any candidate, Commercial Customer, Expert, or third party; a provider of legal, immigration, tax, mental health, or other regulated professional advice; or a party to any employment or contracting relationship between users.

3.3XJob provides the Platform and related tools only. Final decisions regarding hiring, contracting, payment, evaluation, retention, training, and job fit remain solely with the relevant user.

Eligibility

4.1You may use the Platform only if you: are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher; have legal capacity to enter a binding contract; are not prohibited by Applicable Law from using the Platform; and have not had your access suspended or terminated by XJob.

4.2If you create or use an Account on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that the entity is duly organized and authorized to conduct its business and that you are legally authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

4.3XJob reserves the right to request proof of age, identity verification, business verification, licenses, professional credentials, or other supporting documentation at any time.

Account registration and security

5.1You may be required to create an Account to access certain features.

5.2You agree to provide accurate, current, complete information and to keep it updated.

5.3You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for all activity under your Account, for appropriate access controls, and for promptly notifying XJob of any unauthorized access, suspected security breach, or misuse.

5.4You must not create an Account using false information; impersonate another person or entity; create multiple Accounts for abusive or deceptive purposes; sell, rent, transfer, or share an Account without our prior written consent; or enable any unauthorized third party to access the Platform using your credentials.

5.5XJob may suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts that appear inaccurate, duplicate, compromised, inactive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

User roles and role-specific obligations

6.1A user may be assigned one or more roles on the Platform, including: Candidate, recruiting staff, Commercial Customer, Expert, or administrator.

6.2Additional obligations may apply depending on the user's role, subscription type, geography, or service type.

6.3If a user acts in more than one role, all obligations applicable to each role apply collectively.

License to use the Platform

7.1Subject to these Terms, XJob grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Platform for its intended lawful purpose.

7.2This license is for your internal, personal, or commercial use, as applicable, and does not convey any ownership rights.

7.3Unless expressly permitted in writing, you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, repost, transmit, display, sell, rent, license, or exploit any part of the Platform; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; modify the Platform or create derivative works; scrape, harvest, or collect data manually or automatically except through permitted features; interfere with Platform security, availability, or performance; or use the Platform to build, test, or train a competing product, database, or model.

User content

8.1You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights granted under these Terms.

8.2By submitting or making available any User Content through the Platform, you grant XJob a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, format, process, transmit, display, index, analyze, modify, and use that content to operate, secure, and maintain the Platform; provide requested Services; enable search, matching, recommendations, scheduling, reporting, interview processing, and analytics; investigate fraud, abuse, disputes, or policy violations; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and as described in the Privacy Policy and feature-specific notices.

8.3You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to provide the User Content; that it is not false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, invasive, or otherwise inappropriate; that providing and using it does not violate Applicable Law or third-party rights; and that if it includes personal data about others, you have all required notices, consents, permissions, and legal bases.

8.4XJob may remove, restrict, edit, refuse, or disable access to any User Content if it reasonably believes the content violates these Terms, Applicable Law, or third-party rights.

Platform content and intellectual property

9.1The Platform and all Content provided by XJob (excluding User Content) are owned by XJob or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and related laws.

9.2This includes without limitation software and code; designs, layouts, interfaces, and workflows; databases and compiled collections; algorithms, ranking systems, prompts, models, scoring, and interview frameworks; trademarks, trade names, logos, and branding; and documentation, guides, graphics, and reports.

9.3No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9.4You must not remove, alter, or obscure any notices regarding copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or proprietary rights.

Candidate terms

10.1Candidates may use the Platform to create and maintain a profile; upload a résumé; apply to opportunities; participate in interviews, assessments, or training; receive recommendations, feedback, coaching, or analytics; and communicate with recruiting staff, employers, Experts, or XJob.

10.2Each Candidate is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their profile and submitted materials; for validating opportunities before accepting them; for maintaining professional conduct; and for ensuring submitted information is lawful and truthful.

10.3Candidates must not submit fake qualifications or forged documents; impersonate others; cheat in assessments or interviews; misuse paid training or interview content; or harass or abuse other users.

10.4XJob does not guarantee employment, interview selection, a job offer, any specific salary outcome, recruiter responsiveness, or performance improvement through training or AI tools.

Commercial customer and employer terms

11.1Commercial Customers may use the Platform to create company profiles; publish job opportunities; search and review candidate profiles; communicate with candidates; schedule interviews; use interview, search, analytics, and assessment tools; engage Experts; and manage hiring workflows and milestones.

11.2Each Commercial Customer represents, warrants, and covenants that it will use the Platform only for lawful hiring and business purposes; publish only genuine, lawful, accurate roles; process candidate information in accordance with Applicable Law; provide required notices, disclosures, and consents; maintain confidentiality and security of candidate data; ensure lawful and fair decision-making using Platform tools; and ensure final hiring or contracting decisions are made by properly authorized humans where required by law or good practice.

11.3Commercial Customers must not publish misleading, sham, discriminatory, or unlawful roles; use candidate data for unrelated advertising, spam, or resale; scrape or export candidate data outside permitted Platform functionality; use Platform outputs as the sole basis for unlawful automated adverse decisions; request unlawful or unnecessary information; or circumvent Platform payment or communications rules in violation of these Terms.

11.4XJob does not verify any candidate's fitness for employment, eligibility, credentials, or legal right to work in any jurisdiction, and makes no guarantee in that regard.

11.5Each Commercial Customer remains solely responsible for hiring decisions; offers; onboarding; immigration, permits, classification, payroll, tax, and compliance matters; and compliance with employment, anti-discrimination, workplace rights, and sector-specific laws.

Expert, interviewer, trainer, and mentor terms

12.1Experts may use the Platform to create profiles, present specialties, deliver services, manage availability, conduct sessions, submit reports, receive ratings, and receive payments, subject to these Terms and any applicable commercial arrangements.

12.2Each Expert represents, warrants, and covenants that their credentials, accreditations, background, and specialties are accurate and not misleading; that they hold and maintain any licenses, permits, accreditations, or professional standing required under Applicable Law; that they will deliver services with reasonable skill, care, professionalism, and good faith; that they will maintain confidentiality; and that they will not guarantee hiring, accreditation, immigration outcomes, or similar results.

12.3Experts are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of XJob unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

12.4XJob may, in its sole discretion, review and verify profiles and qualifications; approve, reject, suspend, or remove profiles; set or enforce service standards; manage disputes, complaints, refunds, rescheduling, cancellation, and no-show policies; and hold or delay payments where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, address chargebacks, comply with law, or investigate disputes.

12.5Experts must not misrepresent expertise or credentials; provide unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or abusive services; circumvent marketplace fees where prohibited; record or disclose confidential sessions without authorization; or use user data for purposes outside the booked or disclosed service scope.

AI-powered features and automated processing

13.1The Platform may include AI features such as candidate-job matching; résumé parsing; search ranking; interview question generation; transcription; summarization; competency or skills-gap analysis; recommendation or scoring support; and workflow automation.

13.2You acknowledge and agree that AI outputs may be probabilistic, incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular context.

13.3AI outputs are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only and must not be relied on as the sole basis for hiring or rejection decisions; promotion, compensation, or termination decisions; Expert selection; legal or compliance decisions; or any material decision affecting rights or opportunities.

13.4Each user remains solely responsible for evaluating the suitability, accuracy, and legality of any AI output before relying on it.

13.5XJob may modify, suspend, restrict, or disable AI features based on geography, service type, user category, or legal risk profile.

Recordings, transcripts, interview analytics, and consents

14.1Some Services may involve collecting, recording, transcribing, storing, or analyzing audio, video, text, screen, voice, or behavioral data.

14.2By using those Services, you acknowledge and agree that the relevant session, interview, assessment, or interaction may be recorded, transcribed, processed, analyzed, or retained in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, feature-specific notices, and Applicable Law.

14.3If you invite, assess, interview, or contract with another person through the Platform, you are responsible for obtaining any legally required notices, disclosures, and consents.

14.4XJob may use recordings, transcripts, and analytics to deliver requested Services; produce reports, summaries, and insights; ensure quality and manage disputes; protect security and prevent fraud; and for any other purposes described in the Privacy Policy or feature-specific notices.

14.5You must not record, copy, distribute, publish, or exploit another user's session materials except as expressly authorized by XJob and permitted by Applicable Law.

15

Payments, subscriptions, fees, and commissions

15.1Some Services may be offered free of charge, for a fee, on a subscription basis, on a usage or commission basis, or under enterprise contracts.

15.2By purchasing or subscribing to any paid Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges specified at checkout.

15.3Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate policy, order form, or written agreement, fees are exclusive of taxes unless noted; subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled before renewal; fees that are due or already consumed are non-refundable; and cancellation stops future renewals only and does not entitle you to refunds for prior periods.

15.4XJob may change prices, billing structures, service bundles, or commission models after notice when required.

15.5When the Platform facilitates marketplace transactions, XJob may charge service fees or commissions; hold funds temporarily to prevent fraud or manage disputes; deduct chargebacks, refunds, taxes, or penalties from payouts; and suspend or reverse payments where misuse, regulatory risk, or payment failure is suspected.

15.6You authorize XJob and its payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due.

15.7Non-payment may result in suspension, downgrade, restriction, or termination of access.

16

Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows

16.1Unless a separate refund policy applies, paid Services are generally non-refundable after activation, booking, delivery, publication, use, or performance of a substantial portion of the Service.

16.2XJob may, in its discretion or where required by law, issue refunds, partial refunds, credits, replacement bookings, or other remedies.

16.3XJob may adopt specific rules for candidate session cancellations; Expert no-shows; recruiter cancellations; subscription downgrades; job post expirations; and enterprise project change requests.

16.4Repeated abuse of refund or rescheduling processes may result in restriction or termination.

17

Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

17.1You must use the Platform only in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner.

17.2You must not, directly or indirectly, violate Applicable Law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, reputation, confidentiality, or contractual rights; upload malware, spyware, or harmful materials; engage in spam, phishing, fraud, or impersonation; submit fake applications, fake jobs, fake reviews, or manipulated ratings; harass, threaten, intimidate, exploit, or abuse anyone; use discriminatory, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful content; attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts; scrape, extract, harvest, or mine data outside permitted features; interfere with Platform operation or security; use the Platform to train or build a competing service or model without written permission; or circumvent fees, technical controls, or access restrictions.

17.3XJob may investigate suspected breaches and take any action it deems appropriate.

18

Third-party services, integrations, and external platforms

18.1The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including communications tools, identity verification, payment processors, cloud providers, social networks, video conferencing, calendars, job boards, and external professional networks.

18.2Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

18.3XJob does not control third-party services or their content, availability, pricing, or data practices and is not responsible for them.

18.4If you use the Platform together with LinkedIn or similar services, you are solely responsible for complying with those services' terms, permissions, and restrictions.

19

Privacy and data protection

19.1XJob processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Applicable Law.

19.2By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be collected, stored, analyzed, transferred, and otherwise processed to provide Services and operate the Platform.

19.3Where required, processing may rely on consent, contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or other lawful bases recognized under Applicable Law.

19.4Users who upload, disclose, import, or process third-party personal data through the Platform represent and warrant that they have the legal right to do so.

19.5Commercial Customers may be required to enter a separate data processing agreement or enterprise privacy addendum where XJob acts as a processor or service provider on their behalf.

19.6XJob may apply retention, deletion, access, correction, security, and portability controls consistent with Applicable Law, internal policies, and product requirements.

19.7XJob may provide account deletion, data deletion, or privacy request mechanisms as required by law or product operation.

20

Confidentiality

20.1In connection with use of the Platform, you may receive or access confidential or non-public information belonging to XJob or another user, including candidate information, hiring processes, interview records, commercial terms, technical data, pricing, analytics, and business information.

20.2You agree to keep such information confidential and use it only for the lawful purpose for which it was disclosed.

20.3You must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, copying, or disclosure.

20.4These obligations do not apply to information that becomes public without breach of these Terms; was lawfully known to the recipient prior to disclosure; was lawfully received from a third party without confidentiality breach; or must be disclosed under law, court order, or regulatory demand, subject to lawful notice where permitted.

21

Reviews, ratings, feedback, and testimonials

21.1XJob may allow users to post reviews, ratings, testimonials, or feedback.

21.2Such content must be truthful, lawful, respectful, and based on genuine experience.

21.3XJob may moderate, remove, block, summarize, or decline to publish any review or rating in its discretion.

21.4XJob may use feedback, suggestions, ideas, feature requests, or improvement recommendations you provide without restriction or compensation.

Employment law, equality, and professional compliance

22.1Each user is solely responsible for complying with all laws and standards applicable to their activities on the Platform, including employment and labor rules; equal opportunity and anti-discrimination; independent contractor classification; workplace rights; professional licensing and accreditation; advertising and consumer rights; privacy and electronic communications; and regulated professions.

22.2XJob does not represent that any template, workflow, scoring tool, AI output, or process available on the Platform is sufficient, by itself, to comply with the laws of any particular jurisdiction.

22.3Each Commercial Customer remains solely responsible for ensuring appropriate human oversight and legally compliant decision-making where required.

Disclaimer

23.1To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is," "as available," and "with all faults" basis.

23.2XJob disclaims all warranties, representations, conditions, and undertakings, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability; fitness for a particular purpose; title; non-infringement; accuracy; reliability; availability; security; error-free operation; and suitability for any user, candidate, Expert, or third party.

23.3Without limiting the foregoing, XJob does not warrant that any Candidate will secure employment; any Commercial Customer will fill a role; any Expert will receive bookings or positive outcomes; any AI output will be accurate, fair, complete, or appropriate; any data will always be available, retained, or recoverable; or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or free from delays, defects, or vulnerabilities.

Limitation of liability

24.1To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, XJob will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

24.2To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, XJob will not be liable for the acts or omissions of users or third parties; hiring, contracting, or evaluation decisions made by users; disputes between users; any third-party platform, payment processor, or external integration; unauthorized access to or alteration of your content for reasons outside XJob's reasonable control; or reliance on AI outputs, ratings, reviews, or recommendations.

24.3XJob's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid to XJob in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or [amount to be inserted] QAR.

24.4Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where Applicable Law prohibits such exclusion or limitation.

25

Indemnity

25.1You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless XJob and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, and agents from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform; your User Content; your breach of these Terms; your violation of Applicable Law; your infringement of any third-party rights; or any dispute between you and another user or third party.

25.2XJob may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate fully.

26

Suspension, restriction, and termination

26.1XJob may, at any time and in its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms; XJob reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct; required by law, regulator, payment provider, or court order; your use poses a risk to the Platform, users, or XJob; or your Account remains inactive for an extended period.

26.2You may stop using the Platform at any time. Requests to close or delete an Account remain subject to data retention duties, financial obligations, dispute management, fraud prevention, and Applicable Law.

26.3Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ends immediately; XJob may retain certain data as permitted by law or policy; and provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including provisions related to payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.

27

Data retention and account deletion

27.1XJob may retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services; maintain business and audit records; comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; enforce agreements; resolve disputes; and prevent fraud and abuse.

27.2XJob may provide mechanisms to delete or deactivate an Account or submit data deletion requests through the Platform and/or a web-based portal, subject to legal and operational constraints.

27.3Account deletion does not necessarily delete all data where retention is required for legal, operational, security, evidentiary, financial, or compliance reasons.

28

Changes to the Platform or terms

28.1XJob may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of the Platform at any time.

28.2XJob may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective on the date stated at the top of the Terms unless a different effective date is specified.

28.3Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

28.4Where required by Applicable Law, XJob will provide notice of material changes.

29

Governing law and dispute resolution

29.1These Terms and any dispute, controversy, claim, or matter arising out of or relating to them, their subject matter, or their formation are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

29.2The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute.

29.3If the dispute is not resolved within that period, it will be referred to the competent courts of the State of Qatar, unless XJob and the relevant user agree in writing to arbitration or another dispute resolution mechanism.

29.4Nothing in this section prevents XJob from seeking interim, injunctive, or equitable relief in any competent court.

30

General provisions

30.1Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any policies, notices, order forms, or service documents referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and XJob regarding the Platform.

30.2Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

30.3No waiver: XJob's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver.

30.4Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without XJob's prior written consent. XJob may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or by operation of law.

30.5Force majeure: XJob is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyber incidents, labor disputes, sanctions, government actions, war, pandemics, or third-party service failures.

30.6No partnership: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, fiduciary, or franchise relationship between XJob and any user, unless expressly agreed in writing.

30.7Electronic communications: You agree to receive communications, notices, and records electronically where permitted by Applicable Law.

30.8Language: These Terms may be provided in English and Arabic. In case of conflict, the English version prevails unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Annex (A) — Marketplace rules

A.1Booking rules: Experts may set availability subject to Platform rules. A booking is not confirmed until payment and scheduling requirements are satisfied.

A.2Session conduct: Sessions must be professional, lawful, and respectful. Abusive, discriminatory, exploitative, or harassing behavior is prohibited.

A.3No guarantees: Experts must not guarantee employment, promotion, visas, credentials, or specific interview outcomes.

A.4Session materials: Reports, notes, transcripts, and summaries may be stored and shared with the paying user or authorized recipient in accordance with the Privacy Policy and service settings.

A.5Off-platform circumvention: Users must not deliberately move marketplace transactions off-platform to avoid fees where XJob prohibits that conduct.

Annex (B) — AI & recording notice (summary)

B.1Some XJob Services use automated tools to assist with matching, transcripts, summarization, and interview analysis.

B.2These tools support human judgment and do not replace it.

B.3Some sessions may be recorded or transcribed.

B.4Additional consents may be required depending on jurisdiction or feature type.
